HSA stands for High School Assistant (Teacher). They are appointed to the Kerala Government Education Department. Public Service Commission (PSC) is the authorised body that appoints the selected candidates as High School teachers to the various government High Schools.
Candidates who possess the required educational qualifications (mentioned below) between the ages of 18 and 40 can apply. Candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC category can avail upper age relaxation.

The candidate must choose their preferred medium (language) of examination in the application form. The available mediums are Tamil/ English/ Kannada/ Malayalam/ Arabic/ Sanskrit/ Hindi. The Kerala PSC HSA Question Paper will be in the language/medium selected by the candidate.
Part A is the common paper for all.
Part B is the core subject in which the applicant has the degree.
Syllabus for Kerala PSC HSA Exam
